Vance Design and Build is a residential contracting company that does quality custom work, generates wellbeing for its clients, cares for its people and raises the environmental standard.

We accomplish these goals through healthy job sites, equitable relationships, ecological building practice, and client-centred design. 

DeLayne VAnce Toews

DeLayne is the owner and operator of Vance Design and Build. He comes from a family where building has been an aspect of everyone’s vocation for generations. He grew up with Lego, made lifelong friends, and has pursued music, dance and theatre. Vance Design and Build is his opportunity to make craft, relationships, and artistry in pursuit of wellbeing. In addition to his business, DeLayne is a dancer, singer, and aspiring Playback theatre actor. He enjoys his cats, family, friends, and the wilderness.
